This equipment has a total of 5 workstations: loading workstation, paint remover soaking+spray cleaning workstation (lifting type), high-temperature and high-pressure rotary spray oil removal cleaning workstation, high-pressure rotary spray rinsing workstation, and manual air gun drying and unloading workstation. The equipment has good cleaning effect and improves the cleanliness of the workpiece. The machine has a reasonable structural design and process arrangement, high degree of automation, and high cleaning accuracy, effectively solving the cleaning problem of such workpieces.

(01) Set various parameters for the operation of the equipment through the touch screen on the device, control the operation and stop of the whole machine through the control knob on the device, manually place the workpiece in the cleaning material box, and place the material box at the feeding station. After the placement is completed, the equipment operating device automatically runs the workpiece to the paint remover soaking+spray cleaning station, which adopts a lifting structure. After the workpiece reaches this position, it descends into the paint remover tank for soaking+spray paint removal. After the paint removal of the workpiece is completed, the equipment operating device transports the workpiece to the high-temperature and high-pressure rotary spray oil removal and cleaning station. After the workpiece reaches the cleaning station, the operating device stops and the high-temperature and high-pressure rotary spray oil removal device starts working. The upper, lower, left and right spray pipes of the chamber drive the spray head to rotate for comprehensive cleaning and oil removal of the workpiece. After the high-temperature and high-pressure rotary spray oil removal and cleaning are completed, the workpiece enters the high-pressure spray rinsing station. The high-pressure spray starting chamber is driven by the upper, lower, left, and right spray pipes to rotate the nozzle and perform the next step of all-round rinsing on the workpiece. After the high-pressure spray rinsing is completed, the workpiece runs to the cutting station, where a blowing air gun is set up and manually held to cut water from the cleaned workpiece.
