(01) Set various parameters for device operation and control the operation and stop of the whole machine through the touch screen on the device. Place the workpiece into the material frame and place it manually or by AGV at the loading station (equipped with AGV loading detection device).

At the loading station, the equipment operating device transports the workpiece to the high-pressure spray cleaning station. After the workpiece arrives at the cleaning station, the operating device stops and the high-pressure spray device starts working. The upper, lower, left, and right spray pipes of the chamber drive the nozzle to perform preliminary cleaning and oil removal on the workpiece.

After the high-pressure spray cleaning is completed, the equipment operating device automatically moves the workpiece to the ultrasonic cleaning station, which adopts a lifting structure. After the workpiece reaches this position, it descends into the cleaning tank for ultrasonic cleaning. The ultrasonic vibration direction is at the bottom+both sides, using a vibrating plate form, which can better clean the oil stains on the surface of the workpiece.

After the ultrasonic cleaning is completed, the lifting device lifts the material frame from the bottom to the conveying channel and enters the high-pressure spray rinsing station. The high-pressure spray starts the upper, lower, left, and right spray pipes of the chamber to drive the nozzle and rinse the workpiece.

After the high-pressure spray rinsing is completed, enter the air cutting station, and the high-pressure fan will blow the surface of the workpiece to remove excess moisture.

After the workpiece is cut by air, it runs to the drying station for further drying treatment.

After drying, the material frame enters the unloading station (matched with the unloading buffer line, set the detection switch).

The workpiece arrives at the unloading buffer line from the unloading station, and this connection part is customized according to the actual situation on site.
